The Society of Petroleum Engineers – Permian Basin Section is excited to announce our Corporate Sponsorship options for 2026! 

 

SPE PB has been dedicated to supporting and disseminating technical knowledge in the Permian, consistent with SPE International's mission, since 1945.  We host technical and networking events to promote the exchange of industry knowledge and best practices, and support professional growth in the oil and gas industry.  We strive to support innovation, share expertise, and invest in the next generation of energy professionals through scholarships, education, and community engagement.

 

Last year, we proudly hosted 9 General Section Meetings, 15 Study Group Meetings, and 7 Social & Networking Events for our Members!  In addition to these events, we contributed $200,000 in scholarships for local students pursuing Petroleum Engineering, related fields, and STEM education. This year, our goal is to continue raising funds to provide scholarships and strengthen STEM education across the Permian Basin.  Scholarship recipients must major in Petroleum Engineering or related fields directly contributing to the oil and gas industry in the Permian Basin. We aim to support students pursuing disciplines that contribute to the industry’s continued success and workforce development.
